Project Management Intern (f/m/d)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Management intern to join our talented, passionate team as of February 2025. As our intern, you will support the day-to-day of our Move For The Planet initiative working closely with the Impact team.  
 
Move For The Planet (MFTP) is a collaboration between adidas and Common Goal that aims to support football for good organisations that put forward concrete solutions around climate issues that directly affect them and their communities. 
 
This role implies helping us managing multiple grantees and projects within the Move For The Planet initiative. Therefore, this position will require someone who has an eye for detail and is enthusiastic about project management and implementation.
Your tasks
  • Support the onboarding process of newly selected organisations for the Move For The Planet initiative 2025 (contracting, guidelines, coordination of meetings, MEAL alignment, etc.)
  • Support in the collection, analysis, clarification and compilation of project reporting by the grantees
  • Assist in managing the overall workplan of the initiative with the different stakeholders
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day relationships with grantees and the internal team
Your profile
  • You are a matriculated university student (until the end of this internship), preferably in an advanced semester
  • You are experienced with topics like development politics, development through sports, interculturalism, social entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, climate change or related topics
  • You are available to work with us on a full-time basis for three months
  • You are a quick learner and enjoy self-managing your tasks
  • You love to get things done, thrive on challenging the status-quo and have a genuine passion for our cause
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • You are located in Berlin as of February 2025
